Recovery Roundtable: Facing Addiction

This week we have an open discussion on Recovery and Addiction; What recovery means to different people? What addiction is and what physical effects it has on the brain... How different people have different journeys on their paths to recovery...and how often traumas in childhood relate to substance abuse and addiction later in life.
Our guests include Josh & Charlie, who just graduated from our Fitchburg Community Corrections program with 10 months sobriety, Ashley with over 3 years sobriety working in the Recovery field, Rich Summers is our addictions counselor and Susan Buchholz & Tara Rivera from Facing Addiction in Fitchburg and beyond and the Joint Coalition on Health.
